John has 39 years of experience and extensive knowledge in major infrastructure works with 14 years specific experience in electrical related infrastructure projects. John’s expertise is to oversee the management and delivery major capital works projects by ensuring all project objectives and agreed specifications are achieved in accordance with project management methodologies, including project scope, establishing timeframes, resource requirements, estimates, budgets and quality and safety standards to customer’s expectations.

Colin commenced with Garde in 2019 and is a capable and dynamic interface manager, with a proven track record for delivering complex projects. Over the past decade, he has managed and worked on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects in challenging urban environments.

Richard has been working for Garde Services for the past 22 years. Over this time Richard has had many roles and is an integral part of Garde's success. Richard's current role involves providing our senior management with support in tendering, engineering and cable installation design & methodology.
Traffic Manager
Louise Griffith
Louise has been working with Garde as Traffic Manager since March 2020. Louise has gained extensive knowledge and experience from working on several major projects across Sydney over the past 5 years. Louise regularly interfaces with external stakeholders such as Traffic Management Centre, Network Operations, Network Safety Services, Greater Sydney Roads, Customer Journey Planning, Local Councils and Bus Authorities.
